How the Featured Offer works
Last updated: 1 August 2026
The Featured Offer helps shoppers choose between sellers offering the same product in the same condition. Zoipler considers the offer’s total delivered price, delivery experience, seller reliability, buyer experience, stock confidence and fair-share rotation.
Price matters, but it is not the only factor
We compare the item price plus mandatory seller postage and other mandatory seller-controlled charges. Optional extras are excluded. A separately charged Zoipler Buyer Protection fee does not change the comparison when it is the same whichever comparable private seller the buyer chooses.
The lowest total price ranks highly, but does not automatically receive every impression. Very small price differences are grouped into a leading price band so sellers are not encouraged to undercut one another by a penny.
Rotation between good offers
Eligible offers with similar overall value can share Featured Offer impressions. Equivalent offers rotate approximately equally; a stronger overall offer may receive a larger share. Recent allocation does not inflate an offer’s quality score. It is used only by the rotation scheduler so an offer that is below its quality-based target can catch up over time.
Eligibility and seller history
An offer must be active, in stock, deliverable and attached to an eligible seller and product. Delivery promises, recent seller-attributable fulfilment outcomes, valid buyer outcomes and stock confidence can affect the result. New and low-volume sellers start from neutral performance assumptions until enough evidence exists.
Neutral organic ranking
Basic, Pro, Pro Max and future subscription plans do not directly buy organic Featured Offer ranking. Zoipler-owned retail offers follow the same organic rules. Sponsored placements are separate and clearly labelled; they do not silently change organic scoring.
Forecasts are estimates
The listing-form forecast uses current competing offers, delivery settings and recent seller performance. It is not a guarantee. Actual share can change with buyer location, prices, availability, delivery estimates, seller performance and the time needed for fair rotation to settle.
Zoipler does not publish competitors’ private performance data, enforcement indicators or fraud controls.
