Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zoipler, a UK marketplace operated at zoipler.com (“Zoipler”, “we”, “us”).

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 18 years old to sell. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Buying and selling

Buyers and sellers must act lawfully and in good faith. Listings must be accurate, not misleading, and must not offer prohibited or illegal items. Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

3. Sellers

If you sell on Zoipler you also agree to our Seller Fees and Seller Returns Policy. We may review identity documents, suspend listings, or ban accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for buyers.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment providers (including Stripe). Funds to sellers may be held until delivery/confirmation windows expire, as described in seller settings and fee documentation.

5. Content and IP

You grant Zoipler a non-exclusive licence to host and display content you upload (titles, photos, descriptions) to operate the marketplace. You must only upload content you have rights to use.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the platform, attempt to evade bans, scrape without permission, interfere with security, or use Zoipler for fraud or spam.

7. Liability

Zoipler provides the marketplace platform. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material seller-facing changes will be highlighted where practical.
