Subscription prices and seller fees exclude VAT. Business buyers still receive buyer protection without a separate protection fee.

Private or business? A business seller sells items as part of a trade, profession or commercial activity. This can include buying products to resell, manufacturing products, selling regularly for profit, or operating as a sole trader or company.

Published fee schedule

Zoipler sets and publishes its own category fee schedule. Competitor rates may be considered when reviewing fees, but the Zoipler fee table shown here is the rate that applies.

New and used products use the same rate. No used-item surcharge applies.

Private Buyer Protection and Service Fee

For each private seller represented in a basket, Buyer Protection uses the published configuration version 1. Delivery is included in the protected value.

Fixed tiers apply through £250.00. Above that threshold the fee is £2.50 plus 0.50%, capped at £10.00.

Business plans

Business selling fees apply to item subtotal plus seller delivery, are subject to a 60p minimum excluding VAT, and use a 4% floor with plan-specific caps of 20%, 19%, and 18%. VAT is added at 20.00%.
